FSF Recipes – Chaga Toffee


Ingredients

- 2 dl melted cocoa butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp lecithin powder
- 2 dl lucuma powder
- 0.5 dl maca powder
- 1 tbsp coconut powder
- 2 sachets Instant Chaga
- A pinch of quality salt, cardamom and vanilla

Stir cocoa butter, honey and lecithin together. Add remaining ingredients and stir thoroughly. Pour into a dish and refrigerate to firm. Let the toffee melt for about half an hour before serving and cutting into pieces.
