FSF Recipes – Blueberry Ice cream w / Mucuna & Schisandra


Ingredients

- 1 l of raw milk or nut / seed milk
- 3 dl blueberries
- 1 large banana
- 1 dl of chia gel
- 4 dl coconut palm sugar or other sweetener
- 1 tbsp mucuna extract powder
- 2 tsp Schisandra extract powder
- 1 tbsp grated lemon peel
- 3 tsp vanilla
- Pinch of salt

Blend all of the ingredients in a blender. Place the mass into an ice cream maker or put in the freezer. Stir every 20-30 minutes before the ice cream freezes. If you don’t have the patience, you can also mix the ice cream ingredients with ice cubes.
