FSF Recipes – Chocolate Shroom Truffles
- 100g cacao butter
- 3 tbs of coconut oil
- 2 tbs of raw cacao powder
- 1 tbs of carob powder
- 1 tbs of lucuma powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 dl of coconut flakes
- 1 dl of almond powder
- 1-3 FSF instant sachets
- dried dates, nuts, berries etc.
You’ll also need some extra for example carob and/or lucuma powder, coconut flakes and/or bee pollen for decoration.
Put the cacao butter and coconut oil into a saucepan. Put the pan over boiling water to make a double bath, lower the heat and let melt. Mix the powders with a wooden spoon until smooth. Remove from the boiler and add FSF instansts, dried dates or nuts and dried berries if you prefer those instead. Leave in the fridge to set. Remember to stir once in a while to get a good paste for truffles.
Make tiny balls from the paste and dip them into different powders or sprinkle some bee pollen on top.
Let them set for half an hour in the fridge before serving.
