FSF Recipes: Chocolate Winning


(Makes 20 servings)

Crust

- 2 dl medjool dates
- 0.5 tsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 dl coconut flakes (up to 2/3 can be your favorite nuts)

Combine ingredients in a food processor, and pulse until thick and chunky. Press into a spring-form pan.

Filling

- 10 medjool dates
- 5 dl cacao powder
- 2.5 dl honey
- 4 dl melted coconut oil
- 4 dl tahini (raw and/or unsalted)
- 2 dl quality water
- 2 tbsp of FSF Winning
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Sea salt to taste

In a high-powered blender, combine all ingredients (except coconut oil and tahini) and blend until smooth. Add the melted coconut oil and tahini, and give it another fast and easy blend.

Spread the filling over the crust and let set in the fridge preferably overnight or until set, about 4-5h.
