FSF Recipes – Lemon Poppy seed Balls
¼ tsp ground stevia leaf
½ cup pureed apples
4 TB fresh squeezed lemon juice
½ cup coconut flour
½ cup almond pulp
1/8 tsp salt
½ tsp vanilla powder
2 TB grated lemon zest
1 and ½ TB poppy seeds
One packet of FSF Mind Herbs
In a bowl combine stevia, coconut flour, almond pulp, salt, vanilla powder, lemon zest, poppy seeds, and Mind Herbs.
In another bowl combine applesauce with the lemon juice.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry and mix.
Roll into balls and refrigerate for a few hours.
Sometimes I like to smear some coconut butter on them before refrigeration to create a hard outer shell. Or, if the chocolate mood strikes, I cover the balls in a mixture of coconut oil, stevia, and cacao and refrigerate.
