FSF Recipes – Macadamia Truffles With Ginger And Cordyceps

- 1 cup of cocoa butter, grated finely and melted
- 1/4 cup of cocoa liquor, grated finely and melted
- 1 cup of cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup of macadamia butter or any other nut butter of choice
- 1/2 cup of liquid sweetener of choice (I used honey)
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 5 drops of liquid stevia with vanilla
- 2 Tablespoons of Maca powder
- 1 Tablespoon of vanilla powder or essence
- 1 tsp of cordyceps powder
- 1 drop of Young Living ginger oil (optional but gives a great taste and great for digestion!)

How to

  • 1. In a blender add the powders, including the cordyceps and the sweeteners and blend until smooth.
  • 2. Add the nut butter and blend until well incorporated
  • 3. Pour in the melted butters and blend, do not over blend as the mixture will start to separate
  • 4. Transfer into a bowl and place in the refrigerator
  • 5. Separate half the mixture and add one drop of the ginger oil and proceed as follows-
  • 6. Roll into balls using a melon scooper or a teaspoon for uniformity. They can then be rolled into the following or left plain


- Maca powder
- Macadamia nuts pieces
- Cocoa powder
