FSF Recipes – Orange Chocolate Lion’s Mane Ice Cream


- 1 l of raw milk or nut / seed milk
- 1 dl Irish Moss gel
- Juice of 2 oranges
- 1 orange peel, grated
- 2 drops of orange oil
- 2 dl raw cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp of lecithin
- 1 dl melted cocoa butter
- 4 dl coconut palm sugar or other sweetener
- Pinch of salt

Mix the ingredients in a blender. Put the ice cream mass into an ice cream maker or freezer. Stir every 30mins until the ice cream is completely frozen.

Lion’s Mane-Mucuna White Chocolate Sauce

- 0.5 dl cocoa butter
- 0.5 dl honey
- 2 tbsp lucuma or tocotrienol
- 2 tsp lecithin powder
- 1 sachet FSF Instant Lion’s Mane
- 1 tsp mucuna powder
- pinch of vanilla

Mix all ingredients together, and pour over the ice cream. Garnish with cocoa nibs or your other favorite sweets.
