FSF Recipes – Princess Cake

PREPPIN’
Line your 8-10 inch or 20-25 cm springform pan (could be even smaller = more cutie pie!!) with parchment paper so its super-easy to transfer the cake to your cake platter.

If you ain’t got badass strong blender, soak the nuts & dried fruits in a bowl full of water.

step1

CRUST
- 3 dl or 1.25 cup of mulberries
- 3 dl or 1.25 cup of almonds
- 1 tbs of FSF Princess
- 1 tsp of vanilla bean powder
- pinch of high-quality salt

Using a food processor or high-powered blender, combine all of the crust ingredients. Process until a fine crumb forms. Dough is ready when you can easily roll piece of it into ball. Press the mixture tightly into the bottom of your pan.

step2

PINK CAKE
- 4 bananas
- 200g of berries, like raspberries, black currants or blackberries
- 1 dl or 1/2 cup of coconut butter

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture on top of the crust.

step3

VANILLA FROSTING
- 3.5 dl or 1.5 cups of cashew nuts
- 1.0 dl or 1/2 cup of of water
- 0.5 dl or 1/4 cups of coconut oil
- 2 tbs of honey
- 1 tsp of vanilla bean powder

Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture on top of the cake. Also, one super-easy frosting recipe is to open 2 cans of cold coconut milk, whip up the top mass of coconut milk with pinch of honey & vanilla.

step4

Place the cake in the freezer for about 30 minutes to set. Transfer the cake to your cake platter, decorate & enjoy!
