FSF Recipes – Reishi Sage Brownies
Reishi Sage Brownies
2 TB water
1 tsp ground stevia leaf and 1 TB honey*
1/3 cup pureed apples**
2 TB diced sage leaves
1/3 cup coconut flour
1/3 cup almond pulp
1/8 tsp salt
2 packets FSF Instant Reishi
1 TB Coconut Oil
1/4 cup cacao powder
1 TB spirulina (optional)
Bee Pollen for sprinkling on top
In a bowl combine stevia, coconut flour, almond pulp, salt, reishi, cacao powder, and spirulina (if using).
In a blender combine applesauce, sage leaves, water, honey, and coconut oil.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry and combine.
Sprinkle some bee pollen on top and pat down.
Place in a pan to refrigerate for a few hours.

*I really enjoy the natural bitter profiles of reishi and cacao, but you could always increase the honey in this recipe to add some extra sweetness. (Replace the 2 TB water with honey for example.)
**I think avocado would be wonderful instead of the pureed apples, though I haven’t tried that yet.
