FSF Recipes – Sexy Choco Smoothie
- 2 Cups Almond Milk (2 cups water + 0,5 cup raw almonds)
- 1 banana
- 3 dates
- 1 avocado
- 2 Tbs Raw cacao powder
- 1 ts Almond butter
- 1 ts flaxseeds
- 0,5 ts Four Sigma Foods Princess/Prince Blend
Make the almond milk by soaking the almonds overnight in water. Drain and rise the almonds. Combine the almonds and 2 cups water in a blender. Blend at the highest speed for about 2 minutes until almonds are broken down into a very fine meal and the water is white. Strain almonds with nut bag or cheese cloth or use the almond milk with the almond meal.
Add all the rest ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy.
