FSF Recipes – Shroom Coffee
- 16 grams whole-bean coffee
- 240g filtered water
- One sachet of Instant Cordyceps
Ready to brew:
1. Rinse your Aeropress paper filter with hot water.
2. Measure out 18 grams of whole-bean coffee. Grind coffee.
3. Start the timer and begin adding water into the Aeropress until the scale reads 240 grams.
4. Wait 30 seconds and stir gently.
5. When the timer reads 1:30. Then reinsert the top piece and slowly plunge coffee to the mug.
6. Add 0,5-1 sachet of Instant Cordyceps and stir gently.
