FSF Recipes – Zucchini Pasta
- 2 zucchinis
Peel the zucchinis and cut off both ends. Spiralize the zucchinis into pasta
by using spiral slicer (the best!) or regular slicer.
If you ain’t got badass strong blender, soak the nuts in a bowl full of water.
- 5 dl or 2 cups of cashew nuts
- 3 dl or 1.5 cup of water
- 0.5 dl or 1/4 cup of sundried tomatoes
- 1-2 tbs of nutritional yeast
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- 2 tsp of thyme
- 1 tsp of herb salt
- 1-2 sachets of FSF Shiitake
Blend all the ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour the mixture on top of
the zucchini pasta and mix up. Enjoy!
